The proposed Valley View Township located in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental will finally have its much awaited groundbreaking ceremony this Sunday, April 2, 2023. The 14-hectare mixed-use development will feature 25 residential condominium towers of 13 storeys each with 10,400 available residential units with each having an area of 24 square meters.
Phase 1 development will be for vertical socialized housing for workers of industries at Phividec Industrial Estate and residents in Tagoloan and Villanueva towns. The condo towers will have amenities such as swimming pools, clubhouse, convenience stores, fitness gym, ample parking space and a chapel. The ground floor spaces will be for commercial tenants.
