A Foodpanda delivery rider in Cagayan de Oro City didn’t know his last delivery on Christmas eve turned out to be a gift from the kind-hearted customer who ordered it. In his Facebook post at Food Panda CDO Rides Community FB page, the rider stated he was about to deliver the Chocolate Dedication Cake from Red Ribbon when he received a message from the customer not to deliver it anymore because it’s his. He also sent the rider a Christmas greeting.

It seems the customer intentionally ordered the cake for the delivery rider who would accept the order. The message was sent at around 9:03pm.
Red Ribbon’s Chocolate Dedication Cake is a best-seller during Christmas eve and New Year’s eve as well.
