Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy yesterday, December 24, 2022 spent some time and distributed 5-kg rice packs each to families and patients at the city-run JR Borja General Hospital. Mayor Klarex chose to celebrate Christmas at the hospital to show his constituents that despite these trying times, the city government is always there to lend a helping hand.
