Did you know that Hiyasmin Agbu Caputol of Xavier University (XU) who placed 9th in the September 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers – Elementary Level was a former beauty queen? She was crowned Miss Balingoan in 2018. Her achievement in the board exam even brought more pride to the municipality. By the way, Yassi, as she is fondly called, graduated magna cum laude at XU.
