A BROWN CO., INC. is set to expand its Xavier Southwoods Estates project located in Bayanga, Cagayan de Oro City from the current 3.7 hectares to 71.9 hectares now straddling Barangays Bayanga and Mambuaya. This was confirmed with a scheduled public scoping for the project on November 5, 2026 at Barangay Bayanga Covered Court in relation to their application for an Environment Complaince Certificate (ECC).
