The Philippine National Police have arrested Misamis Oriental’s No. 1 Most Wanted Person, alias “Marlo,” 53, during a warrant operation at around 11 a.m. last October 5, 2026 in Opol, Misamis Oriental. A resident of Cagayan de Oro City, the suspect is facing three counts of rape and two counts of rape by sexual assault involving alleged incidents in 2024 with a 17-year-old minor. Three cases are non-bailable, while the other two carry a recommended bail of ₱200,000 each. The arrest was carried out by the Opol Municipal Police Station Tracker Team, with support from provincial intelligence and mobile force personnel.
