The Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) will construct a new Meeting Hall Building in Uptown Cagayan de Oro on a property beside Oro Chamber along PN Roa Sr. Avenue near Golden Glow North, with a project cost of ₱9,799,950.47. The proposed facility will occupy the frontage of the property along the road and will feature two meeting halls separated by a movable partition, allowing them to be combined into a single venue with a capacity of up to 200 people. The rear portion of the property is being reserved for a planned multi-storey DEPDev Regional Office Building, which will form part of the agency’s future development of the site.

As shown below, the project is situated on the lower-right portion of the property. Note the large open space at the back, on the north side, where the planned multi-storey DEPDev Building is expected to rise.
