The long-delayed Limketkai Bypass Road, which will connect Limketkai Drive to Yacapin Extension and eventually to JR Borja Extension near Maria Reyna–Xavier University Hospital, is finally showing progress, with heavy equipment now seen onsite. The project had been held up for years by right-of-way issues, but moved forward after funding was approved last year for the full payment of just compensation to several lot owners in Barangay 35 affected by the road project. Once completed, the bypass is expected to provide an alternative route between the Limketkai area and Cogon Market, helping ease traffic congestion in hthe area.
