More than a year after it was first unveiled early last year, Masterson Walk 1 & 2, the planned commercial development within Pontefino Estates in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, is finally moving forward. A public hearing was held today at the project site, attended by city and barangay officials, as well as local stakeholders, to discuss concerns and issues surrounding the proposed development which is right across the future Xavier University Masterson Campus.
Below is the master development plan for Pontefino Estates, with Masterson Walk shown on the right side. We are still verifying whether there have been any changes or updates to the development plan.
