The Department of Public Works and Highways Region X has completed and officially turned over the new two-story Government Communications Academy (GCA) within the Northern Bukidnon State College campus in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, to the Presidential Communications Office. The facility will serve as a hub for government communications, media production, broadcasting, training, and skills development. PCO Assistant Secretary Ronadale Zapanta said the academy will particularly benefit Filipino youth by providing opportunities to develop their communication skills and prepare for careers in community and public service.
