Its new carpark building at the rear of the mall is already taking shape, while a portion of the open parking area across Mesaverte Residences is now being enclosed for another development. Unconfirmed reports indicate that another multi-level carpark building is planned on the site, with a possible connection to the main mall building, along with an expansion of the supermarket. Meanwhile, a property along Julio Pacana Street is also being cleared, reportedly to make way for another access road leading to the rear of the mall. Once completed, Gaisano City Mall could see a significant expansion of its facilities and access points in the coming years.
