The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Region 10 has issued a Show Cause Order requiring the operator of a public utility vehicle with plate number KAR 5106, which operates along the Balubal–Cogon–Bugo route, to explain why its Certificate of Public Convenience should not be suspended or cancelled over alleged violations, including failure to provide safe transport service and the reported misconduct of its driver. The action was prompted by a social media post from a passenger who alleged that the driver displayed arrogant and discourteous behavior.
The operator was ordered to submit a Verified Answer within a non-extendible period of Five (5) Days upon receipt of the Show Cause Order.
