PROGRESS WATCH: Three global hotel brands to add over 1,000 rooms in Cagayan de Oro

Cagayan de Oro City is strengthening its position as a major leisure and business destination with the entry of three internationally branded hotels, according to Colliers, a global commercial real estate and investment management firm. The upcoming developments include the 717-room Radisson Blu at Pueblo Business Park—the largest of the three—the 196-room Citadines CDO at Citta Alta (Primavera City), and the 180-room Dusit Princess Firenze in Lapasan. Together, these projects will add 1,093 hotel rooms to the city’s accommodation inventory, significantly boosting its capacity to serve both leisure and business travelers.
