Cagayan de Oro condo inventory to exceed 13,000 units by 2029

Cagayan de Oro’s condominium market is poised for a significant expansion, with total condo inventory projected to surpass 13,000 units by the end of 2029, according to the latest Colliers report. An estimated 7,000 new condominium units are expected to be completed between 2026 and 2029, underscoring developers’ continued confidence in the city’s strong economic fundamentals and sustained urban growth. As one of the fastest-growing condominium markets among provincial cities outside Metro Manila, Cagayan de Oro continues to rank as one of the country’s fastest-growing condominium hubs, with several upcoming developments expected to further transform its skyline.

According to the latest Colliers report, approximately 1,000 new condominium units are expected to be completed in 2026, followed by 3,000 units in 2027, 1,000 units in 2028, and 2,000 more units in 2029, bringing Cagayan de Oro’s total condo inventory to over 13,000 units by the end of the forecast period.
