PROJECT WATCH: Mayor Klarex announces three new flyover projects during 76th Charter Day address

Three more flyover projects are set to be constructed soon in Cagayan de Oro City, as announced by City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy during his State of the City Address held today, June 15, 2026, in celebration of the city’s 76th Charter Day at El Pueblo A Sus Heroes Park. The proposed projects include the 438.77-meter Lapasan Flyover, the 503.84-meter Bulua Flyover, and the 382.56-meter Kauswagan Flyover, all designed as four-lane structures aimed at reducing traffic congestion and improving mobility along key urban routes.
