Malaybalay City Mayor Jay Warren Pabillaran has announced plans for the development of a 15-hectare Eco-MICE Innovation Park behind the Rehabilitation Center along the Diversion Road in Barangay Casisang. Unveiled during today’s 149th Aldaw Ta Malaybalay celebration at the Bukidnon Cultural and Sports Complex in Barangay Laguitas, the project is envisioned as a major catalyst for the city’s growth. The development will feature a Convention Center, Open-Field Event Venue, Transport Terminal, Mixed-Use Residential and Commercial District, an Innovation and Enterprise Center, and an Eco-Recreation Park. With an estimated cost of around ₱70 million, the project aims to strengthen Malaybalay’s position as a center for business, tourism, innovation, and investment in Bukidnon.
