The initial road network is now visible within the residential component of Southridge, a 31-hectare mixed-use development envisioned as a “Silicon Valley”-inspired hub along the Pueblo de Oro–Laguindingan Diversion Road in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. The completed concrete road marks the project’s main access from the diversion road. Once fully developed, Southridge will feature a business district, vertical condominiums overlooking the golf course, a high-end residential enclave, and a town center with a central piazza designed to enhance connectivity, circulation, and lifestyle. The development will also host a World Trade Center, positioning the city as a key venue for international exhibitions.
