A new multi-purpose facility in Linangkayan, Naawan, Misamis Oriental is currently under construction and set to open in June 2026, featuring three pickleball courts designed for one of the fastest-growing sports in the country. The facility is built to support both recreation and emergency needs, with 29 toilet bowls, 26 shower rooms, parking for up to 30 vehicles, an on-site café offering meals and refreshments, and space designated for evacuation during large gatherings or emergencies. Court rates are set at ₱175 per hour (6:00 AM–2:00 PM) and ₱250 per hour (3:00 PM–10:00 PM), with paddle rentals available at ₱25 per hour, making it a complete hub for sports, comfort, and community resilience.
