Earthworks are now underway for One Manresa Place, the first development within the 14.6-hectare Manresa Town by Cebu Landmasters, Inc. in Uptown Cagayan de Oro, with the 8,390-square-meter site already delineated and enclosed. The project will rise as a three-tower high-rise residential condominium featuring Tower 1 (18 storeys) with 394 units, Tower 2 (25 storeys) with 372 units, and Tower 3 (18 storeys) with 174 units, along with a shared retail podium and 232 parking slots, with turnover targeted for 2030.
