A newborn baby boy was found abandoned, wrapped inside an Ororama eco-bag and left on the roof of a house in Calaanan, Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City early Friday, January 23. The infant was fortunately discovered alive and immediately rushed to JR Borja General Hospital for medical attention, and is now under the care of the City Social Welfare and Development (CSWD) Office. Authorities have also launched an investigation and are currently searching for the mother and anyone who may have information about the incident.
