Megaworld Corp. has identified Cagayan de Oro as a key area for its office expansion as it launches a new leasing unit, Megaworld Global Offices, to accelerate growth nationwide. The new group will work alongside Megaworld Premier Offices as the company targets a total of two million square meters of leasable office space.
