El Salvador City is set to develop Tagnipa Green District, a five-hectare, nature-inspired urban district designed around sustainable and climate-resilient solutions. Anchored in the city’s updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan, the project aims to create a greener, more livable environment for residents and future generations. Planned features include a University and Commercial Center I, Commercial Center II, a Nipa Boardwalk, Mid-Level Biophilic Housing, a Government Center, and a City Health Center, among others.
