Police Capt. Emilita Simon, spokesperson of the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO), confirmed that the suspect—allegedly a member of the Ozamis Martilyo Gang—has a pending warrant of arrest for Murder and Evasion of Sentence. The suspect was apprehended yesterday in connection with a robbery along Florentino and Osmeña Streets in the city.
