Cagayan de Oro’s Sean Franco of the Arellano University High School Braves made history after being named the NCAA Juniors Season 101 Most Valuable Player (MVP) and Defensive Player of the Year. His outstanding performance also earned him spots on the Mythical Five and the All-Defensive Team. Joining him in the Mythical Five was his teammate and fellow Kagay-anon, Johnray Ladica.
