Construction of the metal barrier center island along Masterson Avenue in Uptown Cagayan de Oro is now nearing the Gran Europa entrance gate as well as the South Diversion Road junction. The project, which also includes the installation of solar street lights, began near Wilcon Home Essentials CDO Uptown. Designated gaps along the center island have been provided at specific junctions, limiting motorists to turning only at these gaps and official U-turn slots.
