Certification of GWA (80% and above); Issued by the Registrar and noted by the Dean of the school where the applicant graduated.
Certified True Copy of Diploma
NMAT Result (Photocopy); Minimum required score of 60
Honorable Dismissal from the last school attended; (Not required for BukSU graduates)
