Another new development is coming soon inside the 50-hectare Intalio Estates in Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City. The Intalio Commons, a 1.8-hectare project set to launch next week, will feature commercial spaces, recreational areas such as a sports hub and multipurpose hall, and its own terminal hub. Once completed, it will serve as the community center of the estate.
