Primavera City Phase II – Città Bella is now officially complete. Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) CEO Architect Romolo V. Nati announced the milestone as another step forward in the company’s vision of shaping the skyline and sustainable future of Cagayan de Oro City. With this phase completed, IDC is now shifting its focus to Città Grande (Phase 3) and, eventually, to its crowning jewel — Città Alta (Phase 4).
