A newborn baby was found alive inside a carton box behind Tagoloan Central School in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental early Friday, October 31. The infant was discovered by personnel from the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), who quickly responded and brought the baby to St. Paul Hospital for medical attention. Authorities are now working to identify the mother.
