For passenger safety, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board–Northern Mindanao (LTFRB-10) has ordered Rural Transit Mindanao Inc. to stop its “dawat-dawat system” near Overview Park in Barangay Palacapao, Quezon, Bukidnon, close to the landslide-affected area. According to GMA Regional TV News, LTFRB-10 Director Atty. Abosamen Matuan issued the suspension after inspecting the site where passengers were transferring between buses on both sides of the damaged Bukidnon–Davao Road. At the same time, the agency granted a special permit for a new bus route between Cagayan de Oro City and Davao City via Valencia City, San Fernando, Talaingod, Sto. Tomas, DAPECOL, Carmen, and Panabo City. – SOURCE
