Check out the latest aerial progress of Phase 1 of The New City, a 60-hectare mixed-use township being developed by the City Government of Cagayan de Oro in Barangay Lumbia. The project, which will be completed in four phases, is envisioned to feature residential communities, commercial hubs, a convention center, a hotel and resort, and low- to mid-rise condominium developments. Klarexville 7 City Heights Village, a cluster of 5-storey residential buildings under the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, will serve as the township’s first housing development.
