The City Housing and Urban Development Department (CHUDD) of Cagayan de Oro has just announced the construction of Klarexville 7 City Heights Village—a cluster of 5-storey residential buildings set to rise in Sitio Palalan, Barangay Lumbia, dubbed “The New City” under the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. This project aims to fulfill the dream of city hall employees to have quality, safe, and affordable housing.
Klarexville 7 City Heights Village is not just an ordinary housing project but a well-designed community with a strategic location and essential services, aimed at improving the lives of government employees who aspire for a genuine and sustainable housing program.
This project was made possible through the genuine collaboration of leaders and agencies committed to building stronger and better housing for all. Joining the meeting with City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy were Engr. Felman R. Gilbang – OIC Vice President, Northwestern Mindanao Operations Head, 4PH Visayas & Mindanao, Social Housing Finance Corporation, Ms. Janet T. Lumayag – OIC Manager, SHFC CDO Branch, and Cesar A.
