Site works are now underway for Citta Grande and Citta Alta—the next phases of Italpinas Development Corporation’s award-winning Primavera City in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. Heavy equipment has been observed on-site as land preparation and groundwork continue. Citta Grande (Phase 3) will feature a 12-storey mixed-use condominium, while Citta Alta (Phase 4) is set to rise 33 storeys high, housing the Citadines Serviced Apart’hotel under the globally renowned Ascott brand.
Both developments promise modern, eco-friendly, and well-planned residential spaces designed to meet the growing demand for upscale urban living in CDO’s fast-developing uptown district.
