A Davao-based firm, M3P Builders Company, has expressed interest in investing in a modern traffic management and CCTV surveillance system for Cagayan de Oro City. The company, known for implementing similar projects in cities like Makati, Davao, and Valencia (Bukidnon), presented its proposal to key city departments on October 15, 2025, at the City Mayor’s Office Conference Room. A follow-up meeting with Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy is expected soon for the formal presentation of the project.
