the Manolo Fortich Roads and Traffic Administration (MFRTA) has started the strict implementation of the speed limit ordinance yesterday, October 13, 2025. The enforcement took place at various times and locations across the municipality’s main roads. The measure was tightened in response to the increasing number of road accidents in the area. Violators caught exceeding the prescribed speed limit will face fines ranging from ₱1,500 to ₱2,500.
