Cagayan de Oro City’s garbage collection woes may soon be eased. Standard System, the city’s new garbage contractor, is set to begin full operations at 5:00 AM tomorrow, September 26, following its contract signing with the City Government earlier today. City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy ordered the immediate rollout to address mounting waste concerns. The collection schedule will remain the same, except on Sundays when no collection will be made.
