More than a year since our last update, construction of Verona Green Residences remains in the groundworks and structural phase. Despite being fully sold out, progress appears slow, with work still focused on the first building under Phase 1. The project features 4-storey walk-up condominium buildings and is located in Uptown Cagayan de Oro at Zone 1, Upper Balulang, right across SM City CDO Uptown. It is being developed by Italpinas Development Corporation through its subsidiary, IDC Homes.
