Craving the famous Pineapple Ice Cream from Camp Phillips? You don’t have to travel to Bukidnon anymore! You can now grab one at Salvaña Petron Gas Station, located at the corner of CM Recto Avenue and Osmeña Street, right across SM CDO Downtown. Even better, they’re open 24/7! Aside from the favorite Pineapple Ice Cream labeled as Pineapple Fruitlet (₱135), you can also try their refreshing Melon Ice Cream labeled as Melon Fruitlet (₱155) — both served inside real fruit for that extra delicious twist.
Once you get to Salvaña Petron Gas Station, proceed to its office. You’ll see the posters for the Pineapple Fruitlet and Melon Fruitlet
There are freezers dedicated to the ice cream fruitlets.
You can get as many as you like from the freezer then pay at the station cashier. Because of the transport costs, the price has gone up from the original ₱110 in Camp Phillips.
The pineapple ice cream is a refreshing dessert placed inside a small, hollowed-out pineapple.
Similarly, the melon ice cream is served inside a hollowed-out cantaloupe, making it a sweet and refreshing treat.
