Did you know Cagayan de Oro City Hall now has 6,431 employees? According to Xsyclyn Faith “Kansai” Lumbatan, RPm, Head of the City Human Resource Management Office, the number may still rise with ongoing job contract renewals. Nearly half of the city hall’s workforce are Job Order workers. She shared this update during the September 11 episode of Department in Focus, which featured her office.
