A large commercial development is rising along the CDO Diversion Road in Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City. Called the Bulua Business Park, it is located right across R&J Fiber Glass Trading. The project is initially taking shape as a warehouse complex, similar to other developments along this diversion road which stretches towards Opol, reflecting the continuing strong demand for logistical and storage facilities. Concreting of the entry road is underway, and a couple of large warehouses have already been built about 200 meters inside the property, which forms part of the former fishpond area.
