Tokyo 2020 Olympic silver medalist Carlo Paalam will lead a formidable seven-member lineup of Team Philippines in the 2025 World Boxing Championships set September 4-14 in Liverpool, England. Joining him are Jay Bryan Baricuatro (men’s 50 kg), Junmilardo Ogayre (men’s 60 kg), Mark Ashley Fajardo (men’s 65 kg), Ronald Chavez Jr. (men’s 70 kg), Riza Pasuit (women’s 60 kg), and Ofelia Magno (women’s 48 kg). The tournament will also help the team prepare for the 2025 SEA Games in December in Thailand.
