PROJECT WATCH: Cagayan de Oro’s first pay parking building with car elevators now operational

Cagayan de Oro City’s first multi-level pay parking building with car elevators, is now operational. Located beside New Dawn Hotel along Velez-Macahambus Streets, the seven-level building offers a total of 84 parking slots (12 per level) and is open 24 hours daily for the public—not just hotel guests. It features two car elevators, a passenger elevator, on-site parking attendants, and 24-hour security with CCTV for safety and convenience. Parking Rates: ₱50 (1st hour) • ₱10 per succeeding hour.

As of now, the 2nd and 3rd parking levels remain closed for painting works, while the upper levels are already open.

Exterior works are still ongoing as observed.

It has two car elevators.

The upper parking levels are designated for cars and SUVs, while vans and large pickup trucks are assigned to the Ground Level.

Drivers will be assigned numbered parking slots, arranged in parallel.

This is the passenger elevator.
