Barangay Agusan was declared overall winner in the fun-filled rain-soaked Fiesta sa Barrio “Larong Pinoy” held Friday, August 15 at the Pelaez Sports Complex, one of the core events of Cagayan de Oro City’s month-long Higalaay Festival. Barangay Tumpagon won the Best Chant while Barangay 22 won the Boodle Presentation.
