Here’s a preview of the proposed site development plan for SM City Iligan, which will rise on a 5.3-hectare property at the corner of Andres Bonifacio Avenue and Isabel Ramiro Street in Barangay Sto. Rosario, Iligan City. The mall will feature three levels with a roof deck, a helipad, and a transport terminal, with a total gross floor area of 102,481.76 square meters. While the final architectural design is yet to be released, this gives us a clearer picture of what to expect on the much-anticipated mall. The estimated total project cost is pegged at P1.35 billion.

Here’s the area breakdown of the mall development.
