John Rey Balgos Gara of Pilgrim Christian College in Cagayan de Oro placed 8th in the July 2025 Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination. Gara obtained a rating of 88% to be among 968 out of 1,356 who passed the said exam. Earlier this year, in April 2025, Gara also passed the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam. Congratulations.
