We just received info that two more Kagay-anons made it to the top ranks of the July 2025 Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraisers. Dorothy Mae Dayak Uy placed 7th while Anna Fay Edulsa Naive placed 10th overall. Both completed their real estate studies at Lyceum of Alabang. Earlier this year, in April, Uy also placed 7th in the Real Estate Brokers Licensure Exam. Congratulations!
