The City Government of El Salvador is seeking a private investor to develop its planned Seaside Lifestyle District. Mayor Edgar Lignes announced this initiative during his recent State of the City Address. The proposed development will feature a two-storey building with a roof deck, designed to accommodate restaurants, boutiques, and other lifestyle shops available for lease.
