Now operated by Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC) since late April 2025, Laguindingan International Airport (LIA) handles 337 domestic flights weekly, connecting to Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao. It is now the 6th busiest airport in the Philippines and the 2nd in Mindanao after Davao. LIA is also undergoing modernization under a ₱12.75-billion, 30-year concession by AIC, including upgrades to support international flights and a new, more user-friendly Flight Information Display System (FIDS) for a better travel experience.
