2 remaining free parking areas at Limketkai Center to be converted to pay parking

The last two remaining free parking areas at Limketkai Center—across Robinsons Supermarket and South Entrance, and beside All Home—are now set for conversion to pay parking. Notices posted onsite indicate that Global Parking Management Inc. took over management of these facilities on June 9, 2025. The company currently manages all other parking areas within the mall complex. As of now, parking fees are not yet being collected pending the installation of ticket booths, dispensers, and boom barriers.

Here’s the map of the new pay parking areas to be managed by Global Parking Management Inc.

The ticket booth, dispenser and boom barrier at the parking lot beside All Home are nearly complete.

Meanwhile, the ticket booth at the lot across the mall’s South Entrance is still under construction but boom barriers are already installed.

Motorists will soon need to prepare ₱20 for motorcycles and ₱30 for cars when using these parking areas. Still, there are some other free parking areas at Limketkai – Robinsons Cagayan de Oro, McDonald’s Parking Area and its vicinity, and Rosario Strip.
