The 15th Strike Wing held a blessing ceremony on June 12, 2025, for the newly completed Bachelor Officer’s Quarters 1 and Enlisted Personnel’s Quarters 2 at Lumbia Air Base in Cagayan de Oro City. Hosted by the 590th Air Base Group, the event was attended by officers and personnel from various units and honored by Wing Commander Brig. Gen. Gerold N. Gagan. The ceremony marked another milestone in the Philippine Air Force unit’s relocation efforts and emphasized the importance of improving facilities to support the morale and welfare of its personnel.
